they will not. They ONLY eat aptasia. which means unless you have a moderate to heavy aptasia problem this is not a good solution for you. I would try kalking them.
after your aptasia is gone they die. but the nice thing is they will completely erradicate your aptasia. the links that were posted will give you more info on them.
