Exidently...Trick(such a name for the situation at hand) was on vacation. Meanwhile his brother was online under his name setting up trades (at least 3). Evidently the brother is already in jail. Trick on the other hand does not find it necessary to cover the damages and mess his brother created, and feels he is in the right by washing his hands of the situation. Meanwhile he is/was very concerned about keeping a positive view of himself to other reefers in his area...can you see the irony here! This all went down on Michigan Reefers site. The thread has been closed (imagine that) because of the outpouring of support for the couple of us that were done wrong, and Trick's belief that he is not liable for protecting his identities online (go figure in this day and age!!).

Although the couple of us who were "TRICKED" won't be getting financial rertobution...I am comfortable that Trick won't be trusted by many in the hobby, and his brother has his own troubles!
