Nice job with the bicintus. With regards to video streaming, you are streaming them. HTTP protocol is a streaming protocol.

When I launch your video's in a brower with an associated mime type, it launches. If my connection is too slow, it pauses to buffer, I can fast forward, rewind. Thats streaming.

You might be talking about multicasting type of streaming, or something using RTP type protocols, thats where you require a special server like Darwin or Helix.
