What size ASM G series skimmer should I get?
I have a 50 gallon reef with a 30 gallon sump that I want to keep sps in. I would like to have really clear water but want to avoid spending a fortune if I can. The ASM G series skimmers seem pretty reasonably priced for the good things I hear about them- I just don't have a concept of which one I need- G1, G2, G3...? because I've never had a skimmer before. I know this is a contreversial topic but I would like some opinions because I don't think I should just go by the gallon ratings for the skimmer.
