i'm really sorry but your frags were packed proper heat pack adn all OBVIOUSLY THEY AREN'T DEAD!
anyhow good luck reefing i hope that you realize that you recieved a perfectly good shiptment nothing dead and your putting my name down becuse you read a previous post by someone else. who oddly enough was a new reefer also. that makes me doubt ever sending things to people who don't have alot of time/posts on here... which it shouldn't be that way. you did recieve your corals packed properly! and alive and well..
