Looks like a great project!
Make sure you leave yourself plenty of room over the tank for access. That's a mistake I made installing my in-wall 75gal. It's a back-breaker to work in the tank, especially to reach the front of the tank.
I'm sure you've given this plenty of thought already. You always do!
