That is VERY strange. I would guess it would be some kind of disease, but I have no idea what... The orange speckles (baby polyps?) are a mystery to me also...
Or, maybe, scince you didn't acclimate it for very long it is spewing food it had previously eaten. I dunno, just a guess.
