WOOHOO!!! finally....a solid, corroborated ID on this coral.

I had a feeling it was efflatounaria after I found the link I posted above (see: http://www.poppe-images.com/images/i...icid=921660#fs)

....but it was the lack of confidence in the identification skills of that company, and the numerous people who said it had to be cespitularia....so yeah, Sanjay...i'm so glad you chimed in there!

and funny you should mention that efflatounaria self propagates by growing a stolon/foot.....one of my colonies is doing just that!

what a big flat foot!
