Alright, let's ressurrect this thread, and please include pictures of your oldest SPS colony. If you can't include a picture, we refuse to believe you still have it.
This is my first SPS, a pink Pocillopora that I bought at MACNA XIV here in Ft Worth from Joy at Harbor Aquatics (now out of business). Purchased September 27, 2002.
Here it is, almost 31 months later. It hasn't grown much. 3" x 2" x 2" I guess. Note the tiny feather duster hitchhiker to get a sense of scale.
