WOW that was easy. I wired up an 18S20 Temp sensor to some CAT6 and the USB Adapter. I am running Wserver that I got from
http://www.henriksens.net/1-wire. Very Very easy.
Now I just need to get the ph transmitter/controller and wire up the A-D converter and 1-wire interface.
