I also advise against an Achilles tang. They do best with a minimum of a 180g tank and also a tank with good water quality and more than generous amounts of flow.
After watching a few nature shows - Achilles Tangs come from high surge zones i.e. pounding waves and really need not just benefit from the high flow but require it.
I think a PBT may be a better choice
