I stuck 2 in my tank today, one has drawn a LOT of attention from some hermits and a whelk, so I think its mostly dead, the other one seems to be fine. I dont even know if it's a clam. It was actually labeled Mussel. It's black and small. here's a pic. it's to the right of my blue maxima.
