Hi,
I bought two pink tipped anemones the other day and was about to buy a nice maroon clown when the pet store guy told me that he thinks I bought a type that kills clowns. I don't know what kind it is because the place I bought didn't mark it and I didn't ask.
I thought all clowns had a protective layer that made it possible for them to enter into anemones. Is it possible that the anemone I bought is dangerous even to clownfish?
