umm dont quote me on it but i woundnt think so because it doesnt seem like something that would be easy to hitch on and they dont have bad stingers right? (nematoctsyts or something of the name-- or what ever cnidarians have

i mean i didnt feel anything when i handled then to place in my reef tank-
also a mushroom cant eat them-- that i know of....
