I ordered a 10 pack and 3 individuals. The plugs were thrown in very small bags (causing the plugs to knock frags off of other plugs), some frags which were supposed to contain no less than 5 polyps, only had 1, and it looked like a kindergarden kid glued most of them on. It was a very bad experience, and they won't get my $200 again.
