I am in the process of designing the stand for my tank. I am wanting to have a welder friend put together a steel frame for the tank. I just wondered what the recommendations are on the size of steel to use for a 120 gal reef tank? I will also be having a DSB if that makes a difference for weight issues. I've also read a thread on RC relating to marine topside as a protectant, and I'm looking into getting some. Also, any thoughts on how far apart the tabs should be placed in order to attach the wood?
