I just got a shipment in from
nanotuners of 36W light bulbs (2x) for a 24g NanoCube.
The outside box was in GREAT shape. No damage actually in pristine condition. Inside the 2 bulbs were in their own box and taped together and wrapped in Bubble Wrap. This was all encased in "peanuts" and in GREAT shape. As I opened the bubble wrap I noticed a "glassy sound" and about crapped. After I untaped the boxes one sounded in-tact and the other sounded well... SHATTERED! Sure enough one bulb was perfect and the other one was destroyed. I immediately called Nick at Nano Tuners and he was awesome. He is immediately sending out the replacement bulb and taking care of the FedEx claim and everything. That's PHENOMENAL customer service.
