The Tunze is more expensive but they are nice. The advantage the Seio has is you can control the amount of waterflow which could be a big issue on a 45 gallon tank. Having 2 powerheads is also an advantage. If you decide on the Seio I'd drop down at least to the 1100 and better yet to the 820. The 2 820's would still leave you with about 2400 gallons per hour of flow with your other equipment, that is over 50 times flow. You would still probably end up throttling back on the flow from the Seios.
