I have two Tunze nanostream 6045s on my 90g and, coupled with the Mag 9.5 return they provide a nice amount of flow. They're on opposite ends of the tank, pointed at each other, and every softy in the tank waves rather briskly in the current. I really like the 6045s - more flow than a Seio 1100 and about 1/4 the size (not to mention much more attractive!)
