Just wait a week, then see how it's doing. If the coral was, the second you put it in the tank, more brown, I'd think there may be a lighting issue. If is browned out over a few days, it's simply the zoox adjusting to your tank, once it's adjusted, and assuming your params are close to NSW, it'll color up again.
