Well my sense of urgency has just been put on hold.
Wouldn't ya know it that just when I manage to find a tank to upgrade to, make the deal, etc. my landlord pops in and tells me I have to move.
It seems he cannot keep his own home due to finances and needs to move into MY APARTMENT. How dare he?

So, the tank upgrade is on hold.
I am going to pick up the new tank today but it will sit in storage for a bit.

I just hope I am lucky enough to find another place that I can have the reef tank and be able to set it up properly.
