Agreed. Besides, it's not just about refunding payments... it's about wasted time time and effort, not to mention the aggravation of having to chase someone around because they don't even bother to give you a simple tracking number...
It all comes down to 'customer service' and I hate to say it, but this guy fell very short in that department. I even went as far as advising him about the importance of clear and constant communication, specially when making amends...
but it now seems like it was more of an exercise in futility.
