black74 ****great to deal with ****
I bought lights from black74 - MH 2 250 ballast and bulbs. I received exactly what he said it was. Used in good condition. The items were packed very well and were shipped in a timely manner. He advertised he did not want to ship because of the weight ......but was nice enough to do me the service.
Very nice guy to deal with. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
