I would have to agree with the too much, too fast answers. I would stop adding things and remove the obviously dead or dying items. If you have a skimmer, use it and don't go overboard with the water changes. In a tank that size, it is very possible to change too much water. You would be taking out the bacteria that's trying to get settled in to complete the cycle. I'd say to just let it settle a bit...
