You might not want to do all that water changing. IF your trying to cycle the tank that will never do. Sound like maybe the tank hasn't had time to totally cycle. it won't if you keep removing the old water and adding new. Take the coral back to your LFS and let the tank cycle. 3 weeks in nothing in cycling a tank. I gave my tank 3 months befor adding anything.
