I am planning on getting a RSM myself in the next month or 2, I was planning on sticking with the stock lights as they should be fine for soft corals.
As for increasing flow I am going to add a Hydor Koralia 2 as many other RSM owners have with good success, might also add a Hydor flo Rotating water deflector to one of the pump outlets.
