It should grow back. I had a lawnmower blenny that ate the exhalent siphons off all my clams. Now that he is gone, they are slowly, but surely growing back. Its actually kinda neat, because the clam tissue is snow white, and you can watch (over time) the tissue colonize with zooxanthellae and then get coloring from the other pigmenting.
