50mm reversed on 100mm to give 2x's magnification.
Essentially the magnification of reverse stacking a lens like this is focal length of the prime divided by the focal length of the reversed lens. So mounting two 50mm back to back like that would give a 1:1, something you'd probably better achieve with an extension tube.
