Mines going great. Just a word of caution, this thing will reduce nitrates a lot but will also lower alkalinity like crazy.

In my fish only system, the alkalinity drops from 4meq/l to 2.5meq/l in 1 week. Previously it would take a month for that effect to happen. Lowered my No3 from 95ppm to probably at 30ppm now. Soon should be zero. The bacteria use sulphur to reduce No3.

But I give this reactor 5 stars!

Its a good idea to have a refrence sample for alk test kits. 1.1350 grams of baking soda in 1gallon of distilled water=10dkh. Check your alkalinity test kit!
