If it is just the physical appearance of ich without the labored breathing, lethargy, lack of eating...you could try hypo first. Anything where you are noticing a complete demise and I would suggest better living through chemistry! I do not bother with hypo, but I understand that a gradual decrease in salinity is what you would want.
