Well if they are in gallon or less critter keepers there is no need (let alone is there ever one) to call PETA. They are kept there so they don't escape or terrorize anything and so they don't escape. It is just temporary like all fish in a fish store are in temporary homes that are not suitable (except for parameters hopefully) long term.
