yes, if you ship an envelope/box & do it next day air, morning arrival & it shows up after the 10.30, or if you do an early morning arrival & it is delivered after 8.30am - then you call fedex/ups & request for you rmoney back.
it works ... i used to have to do it all the time, after about 10 refunds, packets quit showing up late ... and they haven't been late since.
