I've got the same size frag tank & I only use a Mag 7 internally for my return......Sump is a 40 Breeder & I also have a 15 gallon fuge................IMO I don't like a whole lotta flow thru the sump. I also run a ER 135 skimmer..............doesn't get to hot, however I have my AC set to turn on a fan over the tank @ 78. For flow in the tank, I use a Koralia 4..works great...Link to my setup.....
