Ordered a Reefkeeper2 from them because they were on sale. Got the invoice email saying it cost x but was billed y( a lot more). Called and they said this product didn't meet full discount value and their billing system can't figure that out. So the very rude person I talked to said I should of read the fine print and should of done the savings calculation myself. Nice. So in the end I paid more and waited longer to get it. Guess I won't be ordering from them again.
