get chocolate chip stars a couple of them, cut out a leg and feed to the harlequins, then drop the star back in the sump to heal. You could have a couple and hold them in the sump to harvest. Or buy a couple, freeze, cut and drop in the tank to feed them. Not the ideal way but people do this.
