I've got a wired Ranco Controller, used for about 24 hours (mostly tested) on a reptile heat rack to see if the heat tape was working correctly, so it has never even touched the water.

It is wired with black cords, 10ft to the wall, and a 5ft extension off it. I still have the instructions as well.
Asking $90 with shipping included to any lower 48 US States via Priority Mail.

Controller works great, only reason for parting is I want to use a Herpstat, which is meant for heat tape control.

Located in Fairfax Station, VA if anyone is interested in local pickup as well. Can be picked up in either Fairfax area all week, or Ashburn, VA on Friday/Sunday.
