All of these "open brains" look like Wellsophyllia from here.
I'm not really seeing anything rare or unusual... it used to be quite common to see rainbow wellsos offered for sale.
Perhaps the fact that they aren't being captive propped is driving up their price tag.

One word of caution: Angelfish love to pick at "open brains".
