http://www.extendedhorizons.com/ . Talk about two classy run businesses. I dove with my twelve year old daughter (certified when 10) and both companies gave her great attention and respect.
Looking back, if I were to have to pick one of the two, I'd go with Extended. Just because they took a bunch of photos of my daughter and I diving and delivered the burned CD to our hotel the same night as the dive.
