The joke that I heard is the only thing Chinese won't eat are table on the land, airplane on the air and submarine in the water. Well, I am guilty of this one too.
Wow ... I love uni too. It is kind of love or hate thing, nothing on the middle. My fav are uni, amaebi, toro and mirugai ..
