Looks like your feeding them plenty..... I would try to spread the feeding out (If you have the time some people do this thing calle d work) or get an automatic feeder.

also when putting in frozen foods (Anthias like this most) thaw them good and pour it in over the entire tank side to side make them race across the entire tank to get food. Giving them more chance to "Race" or beat the tangs to the food.

you might try increasing your frozen foods too but be VERY care to test daily while changing your feeding patterns. You can add little by little test for phosfates as it starts to rise you know the fish are consuming less and more food is being wasted...
Thus cuasing algea and other water issues.

FYI ......I would not be to worried about starving the fish there seem to be more than enough food in the tank to get by they'll eat till they die if you let them! I'd worry more about the water issues of over feeding!
