Well thanks to Marvin's suggestion regarding the clear union check valves cracking, I took all the plumbing down and pushed the sump all the way to the far end corner of the stand and surprisely both skimmer and reactor fits under the stand now. I should have waited before I got both the skimmer and reactor before I did the plumbing but now this will be the 3rd replumbing and hopefully the final one
