This guy needs to step up and replace the DOA's regardless of what paypal has decided. I bet he never received a shipment of zoas wrapped in bubble wrap and thrown in a box. If he doesn't come through pm me and I'll hook you up with the PD's. They grow like weeds so it shouldn't be a big deal for him to replace them.
