Upload the mov file to your website. On mine, I created a folder called video. So the URL would be:
http://www.nameofyourwebsite.com/video/video.mov
That's all you have to do. Once you click Submit Reply, it will make your URL a clickable link like the one I just typed above.
It is a really nice video, so I hope you can get it figured out.
