Hydor Customer Service is great!
Hydor has excellent customer servise.Emailed frank at hydor about my koralia.I bought 2 and one was an old model that did not come with the flow concentrator for the end and i also lost the little plastic o ring on the end of the propeller shaft.Got both in the mail today free of charge.I will definantley buy products from a company that has customer service like this.
