This is in response to the rather lengthy thread started below regarding me. First, my sincerest apolgies to Delv for the ongoing issue with his order. I have sent him a PM requesting where he would like the refund sent. I in no way intended to defraud him in this situation. I have had some personal issues for the last few months, both health and work related, that have prevented me from corresponding and being an active participant here on RC and the reef scene in general. I, on more than one occasion since the original auction, emailed Delv stating that I would like to refund his money because I was unable to clear time to ship, and that I would still ship the frags for free, but it may be a while before I could do so. Each time I made this offer, he responded that I should keep the payment and just ship when I could. For the last 2 or 3 weeks, I just have not been able to follow up, and to be honest, it has been so long that I simply forgot. My fault completely. I should have just refunded immediatley when it became clear that I would not be able to ship in a timely fashion. Those of you that know me I think know that I would not rip someone off, nor do I need the money. I fully intend to refund with interest, and will stand by my offer to ship for free.

Delv- Please contact me via PM here to clear this up today.

Fade2Black- Thanks for the heads up to the other thread. I am actually in town this week if you want to meet up.
