I have dealt with them going on 7 years now. Every time they have not failed to provide great customer service. If there is ever an issue with an order they resolve it quickly for me.
A recent example is when I ordered some food but forgot to order some bulbs. I tried to add the bulbs to the order but my order had already been shipped. They shipped the bulbs the next day with no shipping charges!
