I have a 380gal sps dominated tank with a lifereef LCR2 cal reactor. I dose kalk the same way you do with my 44gal rubermaid trash can (1tsp per gal). My tank evaporates about four gals a day. My alk reads 10.2 , calc 360ppm , ph 8.1and mag 1270. I can't seem to keep up with my calcium demand. Should I add more kalk or should I dose prestone driveway heat? If I add more kalk won't it raise my alk ? And if I add cal chloride to raise the calcium how do I do that, do I just add it diluted in water by itself? I'm just alittle confused when I use the reef chemicals calculator!! Thanks Bobby
