All that aside it looks like a Long Tentacle Anemone, Macrodactyla doreensis.
Yes on the underside it appears there are warts or white bumps. The foot is more of a lighter peach color or at times (when expanded) a creamy color. I'll try to post a pic showing some of the underside here in a sec . . .
