We went for 3 total bottles for 150 gallons total water volume (roughly 6X), for 3+ hours this last time. That was 3 days ago and everything seems fine in our tank(s) (prop and display). To be honest I have not seen evidence of AEFWs since after the first treatment, but would rather be safe than sorry...
I also never found any eggs, similar to what clkwrk reported.
