I guess you don't get the purpose of the frag swap. Hoping that someone gives you one frag so that you can avoid paying the $10 fee is technically within the rules, but defeat the spirit of the swap. The purpose isn't to try to get a much free stuff as possible while not paying. The $10 is a way to try to say - "Hey, I know I don't have much to contribute, but here's
MY way of trying to contribute back." Some club actually use that $10 to purchase some frags to put back into the swap or to pay for the cost of hosting the event. At my second frag swap, I brought a few frags AND paid because I didn't have much. Oh well....
